On a warm, sunny day Jenny and Josh went to the big round yellow shop that says “Get a pet on special”.
Josh said, ”Can we please have a spider?”.
“Take one and pay me a dollar and that will be fine,” said the shop owner.
“Let's go home, wait have we got him a cage? Yes we do” said Jenny. They got home and thought ‘where's the spider?’. They looked everywhere and still no sign of the spider. They checked the car, no sign.
“Hurry Mum needs a spider for a pet to get us to learn how to look after a pet,” said Josh.
“Found him in the dirty washing sleeping as quiet as a mouse,” said Jenny.
Mum then arrived and said “What great responsible children I have.
